Strettamente riservato

Puoi cancellare ogni voce in myGenny BRO in qualsiasi momento.
myGenny BRO ti aiuta a confrontare.

01Kundenanfrage
02Kunden- und Risikodaten aufnehmen
03Versicherer A auswählen und Daten erfassen
04Versicherer B auswählen und Daten erneut erfassen
05Versicherer C auswählen und Daten erneut erfassen
06Offerten und Dokumente zusammentragen
07Prämien und Deckungen vergleichen
08Unterschiede bewerten
Dabei entstehen weitere manuelle Arbeitsschritte:
Prämien und Selbstbehalte gegenüberstellen,
Deckungsunterschiede identifizieren,
Limiten und Ausschlüsse prüfen,
relevante Vertragsdetails in Dokumenten suchen,
Drei Aufgaben in Ihrem Arbeitsalltag
1. Mehrfacheingabe

Ihren Beratungsmehrwert sichtbar machen.

Müller Versicherungsbrokerpowered by myGenny

Müller Courtage en assurancespowered by myGenny

I vantaggi in sintesi
myGenny BRO è già in uso. Lei analizza polizze e offerte, confronta prestazioni assicurative e pone domande concrete sui Suoi documenti.
03Scegliere l’assicuratore A e inserire i dati
04Scegliere l’assicuratore B e inserire di nuovo i dati
05Scegliere l’assicuratore C e inserire di nuovo i dati
06Raccogliere offerte e documenti
07Confrontare premi e coperture
mettere a confronto premi e franchigie,
Lei verifica i risultati e consiglia i Suoi clienti.
i dati mancanti vengono completati in modo mirato.
valutare insieme prezzo e prestazioni,

Dedica meno tempo a ricerche ripetute e a preparazioni manuali.
Müller Broker assicurativipowered by myGenny
documenti e documentazione assicurativa,
domande sulle coperture esistenti,
assicurazione veicoli a motore,
RC privata e assicurazione economia domestica,
individuare coperture mancanti o potenzialmente rilevanti,
accesso a documenti e polizze,
domande sulla copertura,
cambiamenti della situazione personale,
verifiche di ottimizzazione,
rinnovi e occasioni di consulenza,
ulteriori esigenze assicurative.

myGenny BRO è già in uso.

A practical guide for Swiss insurance brokers

Your benefits at a glance
myGenny BRO is already in use. You analyse policies and quotes, compare insurance benefits and ask specific questions about your documents. The platform supports you in preparing your advice and relieves your team of recurring tasks.
In the quoting and comparison process, preparing information takes a lot of time. You collect client details, assemble documents and check premiums, cover and contract details. Information from various insurer portals and documents then has to be brought together into a reliable basis for decisions. myGenny BRO supports you in exactly this work: you structure the available information and use it for the professional comparison. That leaves more time to assess the client’s needs and for the personal conversation.
myGenny BRO adds document analysis, comparison and decision support to your existing working environment. Your broker management system remains the leading system for master data, portfolio and core administrative processes. You remain your client’s point of contact and make the professional decision.
You enter the relevant information, upload policies and quotes and add missing client and risk details. myGenny BRO prepares the available data for comparison. Premiums, cover, limits and deductibles can be assessed together. You ask targeted questions about the documents and work out the differences that matter to your client. You can also include existing online offers in the assessment. This shows you where price and scope of cover differ, and helps you prepare your arguments for the client conversation. You review the results and formulate your recommendation on the basis of the relevant documents.
In a second stage, myGenny can be used as a white-label client platform under the broker’s brand. Clients then get digital access to handle renewals and contract closings or to ask questions about their cover.
The economic benefit can be measured on three levels:
SAVE: less repetitive data entry, research and manual comparison work.
SCALE: handle more cases with existing resources and standardise advisory processes.
GROW: use the same infrastructure in a second step for digital portfolio management, cross-selling and additional client interactions.

Today’s process ties up qualified time in repetitive routines
In your day-to-day work as a broker, qualified time is a valuable resource. Besides advising, you process client details, look up contract details and prepare quotes. Especially when several insurers are involved, many of these steps are repeated. myGenny BRO helps you use information in a structured way and simplifies the preparation of your comparisons. You can then apply your experience where it matters most: in the professional assessment and in conversation with your clients.
Comparison often starts with manual data entry
A typical quoting process starts with a client request, an existing policy or an upcoming contract review. You gather client, risk and cover information and select the insurers whose offers you want to consider. These steps then often follow:
01Client request
02Gather client and risk data
03Select insurer A and enter data
04Select insurer B and enter data again
05Select insurer C and enter data again
06Collect quotes and documents
07Compare premiums and cover
08Assess differences
09Prepare the recommendation for the client
The more insurers you include, the more information you have to bring together. Even with digital insurer portals, the cross-insurer comparison remains a task of its own. You review the documents, assess differences and prepare a recommendation for your client.
Further manual steps arise along the way:
setting premiums and deductibles side by side,
identifying differences in cover,
checking limits and exclusions,
searching documents for relevant contract details,
assessing differences for the specific client case,
clarifying questions about individual quotes,
documenting the recommendation in a traceable way.
These tasks require your expertise. At the same time, searching, structuring and preparing take up time you could spend on actual advice and client care.
Three tasks in your daily work
1. Multiple data entry
The same client and risk information has to be processed several times for different providers.
2. Manual comparison
A quote provides a price and a level of cover, but not yet a directly comparable basis for decisions. Differences have to be identified and assessed professionally. Insurers’ online offers have to be retrieved manually.
3. Limited scalability
As quote volume grows, operational effort grows with it unless further automation is in place. Growth therefore often requires additional specialist or back-office resources.
You don’t need to replace your existing system landscape entirely. Your management system continues to handle master data, portfolio and contract administration. myGenny BRO supports the work between collecting client information and your recommendation: you structure documents, compare several quotes and clarify specific questions. You use existing information more effectively and focus your professional work on the differences that matter to the client.
03 / White paper
Enter once and compare many times
With myGenny BRO you enter the relevant information and prepare several quotes for professional comparison. The platform structures the available data and makes it accessible for your further analysis. You work on a shared information base, ask specific questions and use the results to prepare your advice.
Your broker management system remains the leading system for portfolio and master data. You remain the client’s broker and the responsible insurance intermediary. myGenny BRO adds document analysis, comparison and decision support to your existing environment. You review the results and advise your clients.
The process can start from different situations:
an existing policy is uploaded,
risk and needs information is entered manually,
missing details are added in a targeted way.
myGenny BRO analyses the available information and brings it together for comparison. You use the client and contract details as a common basis for assessing several quotes. Which documents and additional details you need depends on your client case and the specific question.
Capture the client case once in a structured way → compare several quotes on the same information base.
You get a structured basis for your assessment. Depending on the product and the content of the documents provided, you compare, among other things:
premiums,
deductibles,
cover,
cover limits,
relevant inclusions and exclusions,
differences between variants.
With myGenny BRO you go beyond the comparison table. You ask specific questions about the documents and analyse the differences relevant to your client. This lets you focus your review on cover, limits and contract details instead of searching every document from start to finish for individual details.
You remain the professional decision-maker. myGenny BRO structures information and supports you in preparing well-founded advice. You assess the results in the context of the client’s needs and check the decisive statements against the relevant contract documents.
Interactive analysis makes preparation easier, especially for questions about cover. You ask about a specific benefit or a difference between the quotes at hand. myGenny BRO supports the evaluation of the documents provided. You check the relevant clauses, clarify open points and put the result into professional context. This focuses your research on the questions that actually matter for the recommendation.
With many insurers, your clients can calculate prices online themselves. That makes it all the more important to put such offers into professional context during the advisory conversation. Include existing online offers in your assessment where they are relevant to the case. With myGenny BRO you compare the available information and work out the differences. You can then explain to your client how price and scope of cover compare with the broker offer.
For example, you can:
spot price differences early,
explain differences in scope of cover,
anticipate possible client objections,
assess price and benefits together,
show the value of your advice in concrete terms.
A cheaper online offer is not automatically the better solution. What matters is that you know the differences and can explain price and benefits clearly to your client.
With myGenny BRO you connect three work steps:
Capture: record and structure client information and documents once.
Compare: set several quotes side by side on the same data basis.
Understand and advise: analyse differences interactively, answer questions and prepare the decision in a traceable way.
You use myGenny BRO for the structured preparation of your advice. Your existing management system stays in place; your professional assessment and your contact with the client remain at the centre.
04 / White paper
Less effort and more productive advisory time lead to higher ROI
You judge the benefit of myGenny BRO by your daily work: how much time do you spend on data entry, preparing quotes, comparison and research? The platform supports you in these recurring tasks. Measure the total effort, including your final review, to assess the time saved for your team realistically.
In the next step, this creates a scaling effect: when less time is needed for manual entry and searching for information, existing teams can handle more cases or invest more time in advice and client care.
A key efficiency lever comes from reducing repeated entries. Client, risk and contract information is captured once in a structured way and can then be used for several comparison and quoting processes. The economic effect can be estimated with a few key figures:
Annual savings potential = number of quote cases × processing time saved per case × full cost of the resources involved
This is not only about the time spent filling in a form. Related activities also count, such as transferring information from policies, looking up details that already exist or restructuring the same client data for different providers.

Data entry is only part of today’s effort. Once several quotes have come in, the more demanding professional work begins: the broker has to read different documents, compare cover and work out the differences relevant to the specific client case. myGenny helps in particular with:
reading quotes and insurance documents in a structured way,
comparing cover and limits,
identifying relevant differences in benefits,
finding specific clauses or cover questions,
answering specific questions about the quotes being compared.
Questions such as “How do these two quotes differ on parking damage cover?” can be asked directly about the documents provided. This focuses your further review on the relevant differences.
You spend less time on repeated searching and manual preparation. You use the capacity gained for professional assessment, the client conversation and preparing your recommendation.
Speed, quality and traceability count in your work. myGenny BRO helps you assess several quotes in a structured way. You work out the relevant differences and prepare the reasons for your recommendation. In doing so, check whether the documents available are sufficient for the question at hand.
This supports your work through:
more consistent comparison logic across cases,
structured presentation of differences in cover,
traceable decision bases,
less dependence on product details that exist only in the experience of individual staff members.
You make the professional decision. myGenny BRO prepares information for your assessment and helps you explain differences clearly. A shared approach within the team also makes it easier to hand over and discuss client cases.
Putting online competition into context
Clients often bring an online price they have found themselves to the conversation. What matters to you then is which benefits, deductibles and terms lie behind that price. Include the available offer documents in the comparison. myGenny BRO supports you in analysing the documents so that you can explain the differences between the online offer and your quote in concrete terms.
This lets you:
spot price differences early,
assess online and broker offers on the same basis,
explain differences in cover concretely,
anticipate possible client objections,
make the value of your advice visible.
The value does not lie in finding the cheapest price. What matters is being able to assess price, benefits and the client’s specific needs together.

The digital quoting and comparison process under your own brand
You already use myGenny BRO for document analysis and quote comparison. A further planned stage is digital client service under your own brand. A white-label interface extends access to information and services. Which functions are available and useful for your organisation is clarified separately. Your use of today’s comparison work does not depend on it.
Such a client interface could, for example, be offered under your brand:
Müller Insurance Brokerspowered by myGenny
This interface can bring together functions that are often spread across different channels today, for example:
policy and contract overviews,
documents and insurance paperwork,
questions about existing cover,
cover and optimisation checks,
quote requests,
pointers to possible advisory occasions,
digital communication with the broker.
Even with an extension, your existing broker management system remains the leading system for portfolio and administrative processes. An additional client interface is shaped by your requirements for digital client service.
For portfolio management, claims, contract changes and renewals are important occasions. Further questions about insurance cover can also arise. A systematic review of the available documents helps you identify possible occasions for a conversation and clarify them with the client.
For example, a client already has:
motor insurance,
private liability and household contents insurance,
while other topics are not yet covered or have not been reviewed recently, such as:
legal protection,
travel insurance.
A possible additional need is first and foremost an occasion for a conversation. You clarify with the client which protection already exists, what needs there are and whether a further quote makes sense.
For the next stage, the focus is on tasks such as:
identifying missing or potentially relevant cover,
checking whether existing insurance is still up to date,
using changes in the client profile as an occasion for advice,
triggering suitable quoting or advisory steps digitally.
An additional client interface gives you further options for portfolio service. Your clients can retrieve information and raise questions. You decide how these contacts fit into your advice and your existing processes. The specific scope of such an extension is agreed separately.
Possible touchpoints include:
access to documents and policies,
cover questions,
changes in personal circumstances,
optimisation checks,
renewal and advisory occasions,
additional insurance needs.
Digital contact options complement your personal service and make it easier for your clients to reach your advice.
The benefit of myGenny thus develops on three levels:
SAVE: reduce time and process costs
Fewer multiple entries, less manual research and less effort in preparing comparisons.
↓
SCALE: handle more cases with existing resources
Qualified staff spend less time on repetitive tasks and can devote more of their capacity to advice and client care.
↓
GROW: develop the existing client base further
In the next step, the same digital infrastructure can be used for ongoing client interaction, cross-selling and digital portfolio management.
Your immediate benefit starts with preparing comparisons and advisory conversations. You assess further functions for digital client service separately: according to your needs, the options available and the benefit to your clients.

Who is the solution for?
myGenny BRO supports you when you want to analyse documents, compare quotes and prepare your advice in a structured way. Your existing management system stays in place. What matters for getting started is your actual workflow: where do you search for information repeatedly? Which comparisons take a lot of time? For which tasks does your team need additional support? The following examples help you place your use case.
Ways to use it in your organisation
Target group
Typical challenge
myGenny value proposition
Small brokerages
High effort per quote comparison and limited time for research and preparation
Handle more cases with existing resources and reduce repetitive tasks
Mid-sized brokerages
Different ways of working and a growing need for consistent comparison processes
A consistent comparison, advisory and documentation process across several staff members
Broker pools / networks
Many independent brokers with different processes and technology
A shared digital comparison and advisory infrastructure for many affiliated brokers
Broker groups
Several companies, different back ends and heterogeneous processes
A shared workflow layer above existing systems, without having to fully harmonise or replace them
Whether you work alone, in a small team or in a larger organisation: start where you regularly review documents and compare quotes.
For smaller teams, relief in day-to-day business matters most. In larger organisations, shared ways of working and coordination between staff are added.
Start by using myGenny BRO for a client case you know well. Upload the relevant documents, compare the quotes and ask your professional questions. You will see right away which steps become easier and how you can use the results in your advisory conversation.
Your existing management system stays in place. You start with a defined use case, such as policy analysis or comparing several quotes. You then decide for which further tasks and staff members its use makes sense. The benefit for your daily work stays at the centre:
More comparison and advisory capacity with your existing team – without changing systems.
Assess the benefit based on your case volume and way of working. Take into account the preparation of documents, the analysis and your final professional review.
myGenny BRO is already in use. For broker pools, networks and groups, too, shared comparison work offers starting points for use.
As a broker pool or network, you can evaluate shared support for your members: preparing documents, comparing quotes and preparing advice. Scope and integration depend on your organisation’s requirements.
In a broker group, several companies often work with different systems and processes. Consider where a shared approach to document analysis and comparison would help. Existing portfolio management stays in place; integration into your workflows is clarified based on your specific environment.

l’évaluation des besoins du client ;
le choix des solutions d’assurance et la recommandation à vos clientes et clients ;
l’examen des offres, polices et conditions d’assurance ;
4. Description de myGenny BRO sur le site
saisir les données du client, du risque et du contrat et téléverser des polices et des offres ;
préparer et comparer primes, franchises, couvertures, limites, inclusions et exclusions ;
poser des questions sur les documents fournis ;
l’étendue des fonctions ;
les lignes de produits prises en charge ;
les documents originaux des assureurs, en particulier les offres, polices et conditions générales d’assurance (CGA) ;
le facteur 7 du calculateur ;
de vos processus et de votre volume de dossiers ;
de la qualité et de l’exhaustivité des données de départ ;
des accès disponibles aux assureurs et de la disponibilité de leurs systèmes ;

12. Utilisation interdite
Il est notamment interdit :
d’intervenir dans le fonctionnement du site ou de contourner des mesures de sécurité ;
de transmettre du code malveillant ;
de surcharger le site ;
d’utiliser les canaux de contact pour de la publicité de masse non sollicitée ;
de se faire passer pour une autre personne ;
d’utiliser le site de manière illicite.

résultant de décisions prises sur la base des contenus du site, du livre blanc ou des résultats du calculateur ;
le manque à gagner ;
la perte de données ;
les économies non réalisées ;

3.3 You remain the client’s broker and the responsible insurance intermediary. The following remain your responsibility in particular:
assessing the client’s needs;
selecting insurance solutions and making recommendations to your clients;
reviewing quotes, policies and insurance terms;
complying with your regulatory obligations, in particular your information and documentation duties towards your clients.

capturing client, risk and contract details and uploading policies and quotes;
preparing and comparing premiums, deductibles, cover, limits, inclusions and exclusions;

4.2 These descriptions provide a general overview. Only the points agreed in the platform agreement are binding, in particular:
the scope of functions;
the product lines supported;
availability.
4.3 The functions described in the white paper as a further stage are intentions and not an existing offering. This applies in particular to a white-label client interface under your brand and to functions for digital portfolio management and cross-selling. There is no entitlement to their provision. Scope, timing and terms will be agreed separately, if at all.
4.4 Your broker management system remains the leading system for master data, portfolio and contract administration. myGenny BRO does not replace it.

5.2 Where myGenny BRO includes offers from insurers, it does so through access and terms available to you as a broker. Which insurers and access channels can be used depends on your own agreements with the insurers and on their systems and terms. These may change or cease at any time.
5.3 You are responsible for the lawful use of your access and for compliance with the terms of the respective insurers and platform operators. Details are governed by the platform agreement.
5.4 Premiums, cover and other details come from the insurers or from the documents you provide. K2G gives no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability. Only the insurers’ quotes and contract documents are authoritative.
6. Use of artificial intelligence
6.1 myGenny BRO uses artificial intelligence methods, in particular to read and structure documents and to answer questions about them.
6.2 The results generated in this way are based on the documents and details provided. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect, in particular where documents are incomplete, illegible or outdated or where a question goes beyond their content.
6.3 The results serve as guidance and replace neither the review of the relevant contract documents nor your professional judgement. The following are always authoritative:
the insurers’ original documents, in particular quotes, policies and general policy conditions;
the insurers’ information on their own platforms.
6.4 Review results before any use with your clients. Also check whether the documents available are sufficient for the question at hand.
6.5 myGenny BRO does not make decisions about insurance contracts. All decisions are yours.
7. Website content; no representations
7.1 All website content is provided for general information only. This includes the white paper, the FAQ, function descriptions and examples. It does not constitute insurance, legal, tax or other advice, nor an offer to conclude a contract.
